The human body is an incredibly complex machine. It is comprised of thirteen main systems, all of which rely on the oxygen for their function. Many medical experts agree that a large amount of the health problems, diseases and suffering that we face are cause, at their root by a lack of oxygen at a cellular level.
Despite being central to health and vitality, our modern world is suffering from mass sleep deprivation. While experts recommend that we get 7-8 hours of sleep per night many of take far less. With late nights and early mornings we are burning the candle at both ends. Our system builds up toxic sleep debt and over time this takes its toll on our bodies – sapping us of our health, our passion and our vitality.
