ONLINE PURCHASES IN THE SHOP 
We  will use your personal data to manage your purchase online at shop.nirvana.fitness by processing your orders and returns via our online services and send you notifications of delivery status or in the event of any problems with the delivery of your items. 
We will use your personal data to manage your payments.
We will also use your data in order to handle complaints and warranty matters for products.
Your personal data is being used to identify you and to  validate your legal age for shopping online and to confirm your address with external partners.

REGISTRATIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL EVENTS
When you sign up for a Nirvana Instructor training or any of the Nirvana educational modules you can opt in to receive Nirvana general newsletters. 
By registering you consent to receiving pre- and post-education emails as well as Instructor newsletters with all the information that relate to your role as a Nirvana instructor.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
We will use your information for the purpose of providing your with information about services, articles and news, informing you of special offers and providing other marketing information which we think you may find of interest, undertaking product or customer research/development.

NIRVANA APPS USERS
We will use your personal data to create and manage your App membership and to give you a personalized and relevant experience within the App. When you sign up for our App you have the option to opt in to receive Nirvana newsletters. We will not send you newsletters unless you explicitly consent to it within the signing up process.

In your profile you can add additional information such as your address so users within the App can find you in the App Locator or so that you can see your Country related events within the App.

Time of personal data retention
The company's acquired personal data will be kept as long as necessary for the purpose of sending the content for which you have signed up or until the cancellation by the user. At any time, the user may, by written notice to the company address or via e-mail to info@nirvana.fitness, require the company to permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

An individual can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the received e-mail. An individual may at any time require from the data controller to permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of his personal data for the purposes stated above. He may at any time address such a request at info@nirvana.fitness and specify in detail which consent he wishes to revoke.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over NirvanaFitness or all or any part of the assets, that insolvency practitioner may transfer the Customer’s information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use the Customer’s information for the same purposes as set out in this Policy. The Customer’s information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
