Since 2005, I've been practising and teaching various relaxation tools, such as sophrology and laughter yoga, in companies and for individuals. Nirvana is a great adding to these, which I'm eager to share now. I live close to Paris in France, enjoys painting, walking in nature with my Labrador, and of course breathing!
