We are happy to announce another successful Breathing Awareness Tour organized by our NES from Malaysia, Theresa Lawrence and her NINs.

Theresa says this project has brought her closer to the instructors and she enjoyed working with them.The instructors appreciated the project as it was a great way to market their classes. In addition to this, they increased their confidence in conducting their sessions and gained more knowledge in the process.



The tour, that gathered as much as 19 NINs and 324 participants from all over Malaysia, took place from 19th to 30th of October 2017.

Masterclasses were held at Residence, Fitness centers, Community Halls, Hospitals, Recreation Parks, Lake side & Beach front.Participants came from various backgrounds: school children, senior citizens, fitness enthusiasts, wheel chair confined and many first timers from different areas of life and professions.
