Berry , mother of 3 kids is a full time freelance fitness instructor and wellness coach since 2015. She has vast experience in leading a fitness group class from age of 4 years old to 70s and special needs group. She also do 1-1 personalized program to help her student to achieve their health or fitness goals .

Berry is certified in NCSF Personal Trainer, KpopX Fitness, Piloxing SSP and most importantly Nirvana Fitness a program that she love most and aim to create awareness on the importance of breathing correctly and how this beautiful program can benefit everyone's body and mind wellness in Singapore.

Berry believes that everyone's schedule and preference are different, therefore, having a sustainable holistic lifestyle can help to improve our daily activity performance not just physically but mentally as well. The key to build health is consistency ,balance workout routine and nutrition.
