Lara Rosenberg worked in began her path of self-discovery in 1994. After graduating college Lara set off on a journey to discover her self further moving to Arizona in 1998 to work for The Meadows, Lara also began deepening her practice of yoga. Lara has whose has accumulated over 15 years working in behavioral health in outreach and community awareness. Lara has over 10 years experience at The Meadows doing Community Relations. About 18 years ago Lara began to incorporate yoga into her regular life and started instructing yoga 15 years ago. Currently Lara is the Trauma Yoga Consultant at The Meadows Outpatient Center in Scottsdale, AZ; partner/instructor at Vibetality in Chandler, AZ and owns OM3 Yoga in Phoenix, AZ.

Throughout her time in self-discovery Lara spent time doing humanitarian aide work in post-tsunami Sri Lanka and India from 2005-2007 and studied traditional yoga forms. During this time Lara has taught yoga to numerous groups and individuals yoga in a variety of treatment centers, corporations, athletic teams, schools, yoga studios and at events.

Some of the biggest influences on Lara
