Je suis naturopathe, spécialisée dans la detox 3 D: corps, coeur et esprit.
Je suis titulaire d'un diplôme européen en micronutrition, je suis également conseillère en Fleurs de Bach et Maître Reiki. Avec tous mes outils et particulièrement avec Nirvana Fitness, je peux accompagner vers la santé globale et vous faire retrouver la forme en renouant avec le corps et l'esprit.

I am naturopath, specialized in 3 D detox : body, heart and mind.
I hold a European Diploma in micronutrition, I am also a consultant in Bach Flowers and Reiki Master. With all my tools and especially with Nirvana Fitness, I can accompany you towards the global health and make you get back in shape by reconnecting with the body and the mind.
