Our Nirvana Education Expert Meera Nair interviewed 7 wonderful persons from the NirvanaFitness family for her series
"7 healing intentions of NirvanaFitness".
The fourth conversation was with
Nahula Ahmed, about
"I feel grateful", the fourth NirvanaFitness intention.
Nahula's passion is to help and educate the population through fitness and meditation. She is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. She is committed to promote activities and coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. Nahula is also a FlowCode Coach. She is the owner of the Breathe Life studio.
Gratitude is her favorite intention. Without gratitude, you cannot feel any other intentions.
Life has its contrast and is not all perfect. There are ups and down. And the smallest thing that you have, you can't take it for granted. Even in the pain, you need to be grateful.
Balance is all around us, from the weather (stormy or sunny) to the tastes (bitter or sweet) to everything in life. And this is why Nahula believes life cannot be just happiness and joy.
By never tasting anything bitter, we cannot recognize and value the sweetness. If we never go through pain, we cannot know the real value of happiness.
In the video, Nahula and Meera share their rituals when it comes to being thankful and show gratitude.
Watch the video of her interview:
Just learn to be grateful for what you have. When you want more, you enter a viscous circle that is never ending. You will always want more.
"Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for." Zig Ziglar
The powerful heart is the grateful heart.
In the video Meera and Nahula compare gratitude to Ice cold water. To understand the comparison, you should watch the video!
