Our Nirvana Education Expert Meera Nair interviewed 7 wonderful persons from the NirvanaFitness family for her series
"7 healing intentions of NirvanaFitness".
The third conversation was with
Jyothika Dwarakanath, about
"I feel love", the third NirvanaFitness intention.
Jyothika is an ACE certified group and personal fitness coach with over 8 years of experience in helping people live healthier lives. NirvanaFitness has changed her perception of fitness and made her a wholesome coach. Jyothika is also a
FlowCode coach and she is the co-founder of a wellness firm called InSyncFitness.
She believes love is a universal feeling. It's a communion of many positive human feelings. As you age, you experience love in different ways.
Joyhitka
shares her experience as a teacher, what it means for her to share her passion and help her students achieve their goals and
how rewarding it is to her.
During her Nirvana classes, she helps her students experience love in many different ways, using all of their senses. Sounds, smells,
all senses activated to be fully aware. She also pushes them to feel love for themselves as the love we show others is only an extension of the love we are showing for ourselves. If you want to share love with other, you first have to fill your tank.
Self-love is the basis of all.

Watch the video to see how Jyothika is comparing love to M&M's and which kind of actions she does on a daily basis to feel love and show love.
She also says love hurts when there is an expectation. Falling in love, would mean become lesser than you are. You should be growing and evolving. Falling in love shows heartache and pain, and Jyothika would love to see this expression evolve into something more positive, such as "rising in love".
Love is not for us to hold, it is to give and to give to everyone and everything. Be grateful and show love!
