can be achieved through practice.

to achieve state of mindfulness. It focuses on breathing techniques while using music to induce flow through yoga/pilates style sequences.
It has proven to be extremely effective in bringing practitioners from
perpetual daily fight or flight mode into calming
rest and digest mode.Endorphins released during sequences followed by
deep exhale focused breathing are number one measure against all prevailing
"burn out syndrome” looming all around us (and statistics shows it is getting worse each year, causing depression, anxiety ... ).
NirvanaFitness® class is designed to effectively
reduce "information” out of a workout, something that has plagued pilates and yoga classes since the start, giving clients to much information.
NirvanaFitness® strives for
maximum stress release through
trance style execution of exercises with
focus on breathing rhythm. This can be achieved only if "information components” are reduced to a sufficient minimum.
Technique of each exercise is taught at the beginning of each section,
giving clients complete overview and execution tips. Clients then
execute exercises in a simple but efficient flow, following ques in the
music which indicate breathing speed, rhythm and ratio (followed by
instructor's kinesthetic correction of clients technique in execution
phase).
